Built for how a school office actually works, not around it.

Most school software makes staff adapt to the system. This one was built the other way round, starting from the real routines of a Kenyan school's finance office, examination office and front desk, then building the software to match. Every module, from fee reconciliation to exam moderation to payroll, mirrors a real, existing process, so staff already know how to use it.

Questions

Good to know before you reach out.

Does it actually work with M-Pesa?

Yes. Parents pay fees by STK push directly from their phone, and the payment reconciles against the invoice automatically once Safaricom confirms it.

We still have years of pre-CBC (8-4-4) records. Can those come across?

Yes. Historical student records from before this system, including different curricula, can be imported and stay attached to the student's profile as read-only history.

Who can delete or change financial and exam records?

Direct edits are restricted, and sensitive changes go through an approval step. Nothing important is silently overwritten or permanently lost. Deleted records stay recoverable rather than gone for good.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how much historical data you're bringing across. We'll give you a real estimate once we understand your school's setup.

Can we try it before committing?
